What software will allow me to watch satellite tv on my pc?
March 9th, 2010can i use my tv as my second monitor through my tv tuner?
March 9th, 2010i recently bought a new tv tuner and and it has a s-video output.. i plugged it to my tv ran the software.i see is static.. from my pc and my tv but when i play the movie file my computer plays it but my tv doesnt .. what should i do? video card doesnt have a s-video output.. so i bought a tv tuner.. but still doesnt work.. did i but the correct thing?
Is your tv an lcd screen? Alot of LCDs have a VGA input, like the one you plug into your computer monitor. It should be blue probably and shaped like a trapezoid. I doubt that your computer can out put video through s video, besides the VGA can output hd and is better than s video..
Has anybody tried watching satellite tv on their pc?
March 9th, 2010Did you buy the satellite tv software? How is the image, the streaming fast or slow? Would you recommend this option? Is it just another Internet scam?
I am using it for last 4 months. Its nice, no problems. But do go for PACKAGE "B". You get more choice.

Any one familiar with a company called SatelliteSoft that offers software to watch satellite TV on computers?
March 9th, 2010It’s called Satellite TV to PC. The company charges $49.95 for the software. It gives you great movie demos to watch, but I am not sure this is someting to invest. My original search was for a means of burning movies from Satellite TV to my laptop. Any ideas on this as well?
Dear friend this software is offered through internets most respectable reatailer clickbank. They give you 56 days unconditional moneyback guarantee. So dont worry you can buy. You can see for details.
Live TV over the PC Software. Did anyone try this?
March 9th, 2010I received an advertisement in my e-mail today about this website
http://official-downloading.net/livetv/
It claims:
LiveTV’s software technology plugs you directly into hundreds of worldwide LIVE digital television channels right over the
Internet. Enjoy more channels than cable and satellite TV combined for a one-time fee less than one month of either of
those services.
Has anyone tried this software? I have Veoh TV and I was wondering if this was the same thing or if it is better. Veoh only pulls in all sorts of Video Clips from different sources but you don’t really connect to the station itself.
It kind of sounds too good to be true so if anyone has tried this I would love to hear about it. There is not much info on their website which scares me a bit. Also can it be used on multiple computers?
Thanks that is what I thought. I know I got screwed before paying $20 to download movies online when all it did was send me to website to download LimeWire and Kazaa, which I already had.
That software just basically provides an easy interface to the same content that you could get for free by going to each TV channel website individually yourself.
It is not a substitute for cable TV or even free OTA TV.
It IS too good to be true.
internet/TV/Phone bundle (ATT Uverse)?
March 9th, 2010I am thinking of getting the ATT Uverse bundle (already have ATT Phone and internet) but I was wondering if the TV service for Uverse is via a satellite dish…or how does it work and is it worth it…I live in CT.
Thanks!
The att u-verse tv is NOT a satellite dish — we got rid of our dish to go with the product due to poor reception with the dish. the u-verse suite of services are delivered via Internet Protocol — along with a wireless gateway for your house we were able to get rid of wireless routers and dsl modems and a lot of cords! we have the bundle with phone, internet and hdtv for 179 a month – this is every channel under the sun (u-400 package), unlimited phone minutes anywhere and the Pro speed internet — with dish we were paying 130 for 200 channels plus phone and internet. so far we are happy with u-verse
Good luck deciding
