Monday, March 29th, 2010I have a bunch of pictures in jpg format which I want to convert into a slideshow, preferably with music…I want to be able to play the slideshow in a Standard Onida DVD Player, which can be viewed on a television set…I had a software which allowed me to do the same, but the same is not available now…can somebody suggest any software which can be downloaded from the internet for free and allow me to do the needful…
Some one here has asked me to search in google…searching in google is the most obvious thing anybody would do and only if that does not yield any results, ask for an answer from others…
I think the answerer is more interested in earning points than in helping someone…if this is the kind of answer you have, please do not bother…

I think there is no such FREE DVD slideshow software better than windows DVD maker! But you could try following software for some of your request features:

There are many programs available. They all give you free trials. It is cheaper to buy a tv on pc that buying a tv tuner card. Cable charges are saved and you get about 4000 channels from all over the world. If you have laptop then the tv is with you always and you never miss any program. Monday, March 22nd, 2010i recently purchased wintv-hr1100 ,it works fine you get all the digi freeview channels but i was wondering if anyone knew of additional software or hardware that was available to upgrade wintv so that you have the option of purchasing pay per view channels
As far as I am aware no manufacturer has made a computer compatible digital tuner that allows pay per view.

Monday, March 22nd, 2010I recently bought an ATI wonder 650 tv tuner and I dont have internet access. I wanted to record programs like tivo does and was looking at using software like beyond tv, etc. Do I need to have an internet connection in order to record future or current shows using a pvr software?
Also does anyone have suggestions as to what i can do in order to record show using my tv tuner without internet connection.
I do that with my 650 right thru my Vista Ultimates Media Center "Recorded TV" where i program it just like a VCR. If you dont have Vista Premium or Ultimate you’ll need software. An interent connection has nothing to do with your TV tuner other than downloading the guide.
