How reliable is Internet TV .?

I read some advertisements about internet tv softwares that could provide TV programs thru internet. No monthly charge, just purchase the software. A one time fee for the cost of the software. How reliable is this. What is the best software.

You’re gonna get free streams on the internet in a program. It’s not really reliable at all and are just a money scam. If you want the best, just get a TV Tuner card and watch tv on your computer.

The free streams are normally weird foreign channels or channels nobody really watches. Don’t expect to get Cable TV on the computer through the internet.
