Is there a free software that allows you to watch Satellite and cable TV on your PC?

Of a quality comparable to what you would get from Direct TV.
Those are all pretty neat, but it doesn’t offer much more than my current cable. I was referring to Satellite access to receive access that would normally be pay-per-view, etc.

The quality is not all that good, and changing channels takes awhile so surfing is out of the question, but TVUplayer is the most widely used application for this.

Yes there is. It’s called TVU Player. I have it. It gives us quite a few channels. And it also gives us a channel that plays non-stop Family Guy, if you’re a fan of that show. Anyways, it’s completely free. Or you can pay $50 to get a better version with more channels. And you only have to pay the $50 ONCE. I forget where I downloaded it from, but you can Google it or something.
    I hope this helps!

If you’re looking for a specific show, there are torrents out there for most popular shows. It’s not a specific site but just search __________ torrent, the blank being the name of the show. If you don’t know how to use torrents, just ask another question on here.

There are a lot many. But lack quality. Besides they don’t provide other facilities.
