I received an advertisement in my e-mail today about this website
http://official-downloading.net/livetv/
It claims:
LiveTV’s software technology plugs you directly into hundreds of worldwide LIVE digital television channels right over the
Internet. Enjoy more channels than cable and satellite TV combined for a one-time fee less than one month of either of
those services.
Has anyone tried this software? I have Veoh TV and I was wondering if this was the same thing or if it is better. Veoh only pulls in all sorts of Video Clips from different sources but you don’t really connect to the station itself.
It kind of sounds too good to be true so if anyone has tried this I would love to hear about it. There is not much info on their website which scares me a bit. Also can it be used on multiple computers?
Thanks that is what I thought. I know I got screwed before paying $20 to download movies online when all it did was send me to website to download LimeWire and Kazaa, which I already had.
That software just basically provides an easy interface to the same content that you could get for free by going to each TV channel website individually yourself.
It is not a substitute for cable TV or even free OTA TV.
It IS too good to be true.
